The proposed Small Business Assistance Program is the result of this legislation (Proposed Executive Regulation 24-12). Before submission to the Council, the proposal is open for comment by the public until January 31. (This is the legislation that the Coalition for Fair Redevelopment of Wheaton worked to put in place, although it will affect the entire county.) Dr. Pollard assumed leadership of Montgomery College in August 2010, following a national search by the College’s Board of Trustees. She oversees the education and student services for 60,000 credit and noncredit students.
